Girl Gains Membership Agreement, Terms and Conditions

Mission

Our mission is to promote female weight lifting while empowering women to feel strong and beautiful in a judgement-free community.

Goal

We aim to build an inclusive and judgement-free support system where everybody is welcomed. We believe health should be accessible to everyone, which is why we invite women of all backgrounds to be a part of our family.

Membership Fees

Chapter membership terms are from January 1, 2024- June 31, 2024. No refunds will be granted as the customer agrees to in terms + conditions during checkout.

Eligibility

Chapter memberships are for students and university-approved individuals at the university or college of the respective Girl Gains Chapter. Girl Gains does not categorically deny membership to an individual, based on race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, color, age, gender, gender identity, marital status, citizenship, sexual orientation, or disability.

Statement of Liability

National Girl Gains, the Girl Gains Chapters, or any Girl Gains members will not under any circumstances be liable for exemplary damages resulting from participation in Girl Gains activities, due to any cause, even if Girl Gains has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, Girl Gains' total liability to you for all the damages [whether based on contract, torte, or other theories] will be limited to the amount you actually paid for participation in Girl Gains activities.
