Objective:
Experience a Glute Lab class online! Our 60-minute group training class follows a traditional strength training approach, with reps and sets. This session will include 3-4 lower body exercises, 2 upper body exercises (push/pull movement), and 1 core exercise, performed in intervals with rests in between. The class concludes with a 5-minute banded glute burnout!
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before this event. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a $10 fee, and a $10 fee will also be charged for no-shows.

Tentative Event Breakdown:
1. Introduction & Setup
Ensure your camera is on, and be prepared for the timer to start as Dom guides you through the workout.
2. Workout
A comprehensive workout led by Dom, including a variety of exercises designed to challenge and motivate you. Expect a mix of strength training and conditioning moves.
3. Burnout Session
Conclude with a high-intensity burnout segment to push your limits and maximize the benefits of your workout.
